If you find yourself arriving in the Leather Lane area a bit on the early side ,try and pop along to Oasis Cafe. On a street where you cannot move for cafes, 'Oasis' truly lives up to its name. Specialising in Turkish food but also doing a great, traditional breakfast menu plus a large Mocha that puts the chain produced variety to shame for a paltry £1.80. ‘Oasis’ is something of a Tardis amongst eateries so seating is never a problem. There is also always a stack of newspapers to read while you wait, so you leave both well fed and well informed.
